I have simplified the workouts a little, and made them really easy because you are on your own. Please find a friend or family member to workout with. I have made a three day repeatable workout routine. Do what ever the day is that you are working out, and communicate with us on the form so that we know you are working. I anticipate we will get to come back to compete, and some of you will be in excellent shape from your work! |

3-14-20 I did look several times over the last 24 hours to see who was working out. I am pleased about the several of you who did what we asked. I was also surprised that we have some people who ran on Fridays last year who didn't communicate with us. Remember, we are asking you to be competitive even though the times are very bizarre. Based on the notes that I saw, I decided to make the workouts a lot shorter. I was hoping that you could now finish them in approximately an hour.
